Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. All deposits are non-refundable and will be forfeited for any cancellation, rescheduling, or no-shows. A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations. Same day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%. No-shows appointments and repeated cancellations/reschedules will result in a ban from future bookings.
